Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearm parts and accessories.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any item they purchase is legal to own and possess in their state, county, or municipality before placing an order.

Some products may be restricted or unavailable for shipment to certain locations due to applicable laws or manufacturer policies.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot legally be shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials for inspection.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note that carrier investigations may take several business days before a replacement or refund can be issued.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in new condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags must be included.
  • Item must not show signs of installation, wear, or damage.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Ammunition
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened cleaning chemicals or lubricants
  • Special-order or custom-order products
  • Products that have been installed or modified

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or would like a different product, please contact us before placing a new order. We will gladly assist you with an exchange whenever possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our return process.
